Mitigating malware and ransomware attacks
Malware, particularly ransomware, is a growing cyber security threat, and onethat could affect any organisation. So with this in mind, the National CyberSecurity Centre have published guidance on ‘mitigating malware andransomware attacks’.
The guidance will help both private and public sector organisations to reduce thelikelihood of becoming infected, the spread of malware throughout theirorganisation, and the impact of the infection; through providing immediate stepsthat can be taken if the organisation has already been infected.
