NCSC lifts lid on three random words password logic
For the first time, cyber security experts at the NCSC have explained the logic behind theiradvice to use three random words when creating passwords. As opposed to traditional advice tocreate complex passwords, which can be difficult to remember and yet guessable for criminals.
The experts shared that the instruction to use ‘three random words’ was easy to understand,generally creates longer passwords, encourages a wider range of passwords and createspasswords that are easier to enter than those containing complex characters.
